Why #NewYorkGiants should trade #JaxsonDart and draft #FernandoMendoza

The New York Giants right now would have the number one pick. You trade Jackson Dart. You take the 65 and a half Fernando Mendoza. Absolutely. I think Mendoza is about as good a prospect as you’re going to get. I mean, humble. I talked to an NFL coach about him. I said, “This person may need a quarterback, but won’t be able to get Mendoza, who will go number one. He won’t be able to move up.” And he said, “He’s also such an easy player to scout because Indiana runs proconcepts. So you will know watching his college film the throws he can and cannot make. His take was easy guy to comp. He said these big 12 guys like Mahomes, you knew he was talented but you’re like what in the hell is that offense? He goes Mendoza is like they run pros concepts. It’s one day I watch in film you’re like oh yeah he can make that throw that throw that throw that throw. He audible out of that throw. He goes he’s the easiest guy to scout ever.

Remember these same Talking Heads were surprised when Kansas City traded it up to the number 10 pick to take Patrick Mahomesā€¦ they didnā€™t think he was the number one quarterbackā€¦ I donā€™t know how good Mendoza will be. Well I do know is most of the consensus first number one all overall quarterback picks end up not really being Hall of Fame quarterbacks and many of them never make it. Jaxson dart was not the number one consensus, but if the one year one thing is clear if he can stay healthy, this guy will be an all pro and this guy is already made it.

  22. I canā€™t listen to this guy anymore. Heā€™s literally become insufferable to me. I think his takes are wrong 9 out of 10 times and whatā€™s worse is that he flip-flops all the time

  24. Colin Cowfart is an idiot looking for clicks. Not long ago he was saying Dart was their franchise QB, now he's saying trade him for a completely unknown quantity. Half of all 1st round picks fail – QBs are no exception. Players have done a 180 after being picked high in the draft and/or getting that first fat check. NY knows what they have in Dart, they have no idea about Mendoza.
    NY has a decent defense, what they need is (a) a much better OL and (b) another stud WR and (c) another RB – which can be had in the 3rd round. If they get #1 overall – and I don't think it's the lock the media losers think it is, Tenn is worse – trade it and they can fill most of their needs this off-season
