Giannis Antetokounmpo says he’s ‘locked in’ on rehab while agent speaks with Bucks | NBA on ESPN

In the ongoing saga of whether or not Yiannismpo is asking out of Milwaukee we’ve entered the word games portion of the program. The Greek freak was asked about his progress working back from a cal strain earlier this month as well as his future with the Bucks and he euro stepped a direct answer like he was running the break after a rebound. If my agent is stuck to the Bucks about it, um he’s his own person. He can have any conversation he wants about it. That doesn’t at the end of the day I don’t work for my agent. my agent work for me. I personally I have not had the conversation with the Bucks. Um I’m still locked in, locked in on my teammates. Most importantly, locked in on me getting back healthy. This is the most I’ve been ever talked about in my career. I’m like in my house with my kids and all that and I’m opening the TV and like, “Oh, Janice is going to the Memphis Grizzlies, you know, Jiannis is going to the Detroit Pistons, you know, which hey man, I’m not going to lie, the I’m the hottest chick in the game right now, man. What’s happening? [laughter] >> What’s happening? First of all, let me give you credit because a couple weeks ago when the sound came out, he’s I said, “How can it be that?” Like, he’s saying he didn’t talk, but it seems like he’s talking to the team. That’s right. >> What did you say? >> That’s what an agent is for, baby. He’s not necessarily saying anything, but the agent evidently is saying everything. >> There you have it. I don’t work for my agent. My agent works for me. I didn’t talk to the team. [music]

  1. Got the title wrong, he ain’t locked in, he’s locked up. Huge difference. Wasn’t a couple months ago, he was supposed to leave? Yeah, it ain’t locked in, it’s most definitely locked up.

  2. Giannis can't stay on the court anymore. He is good for about 1 or 2 good months and then he is injured again sad to say this guy is damaged goods. At least he won a Championship.

  3. Fire Doc. Focus more on defense and energy. Trade Turner to Lakers for Reaves and Hachi in a package to get another ball handler. To trade Giannis. I would love to see him play with Curry. Their different gravity would be crazy to defend against.

  4. Only talk about Gianni's when it's time to trade or hate on em never talk about anything else unless it's the good he would do for another team. That sad as hell
