Could J.J. Watt RETURN To The Texans This Season?! #shorte #nfl Texans News

JJ Watt, he told CBS Sports and Antonio Pierce, that he could make a comeback. They asked him, “Would you be able to play if a team, the Texans, wanted you to come back?” I could, especially a third down situational pass rusher. Absolutely. Now, tomorrow would be hell, but I could do it. I mean, I don’t know how great I would be. I still run and I do sprints. I still work out, so I could do it. A full game, 65 plays, that would put me into the ground, brother. But I’d be down for the count. You want me to come in for 20 right now? 20 plays. Absolutely. I’ll give you a sack. No question. I don’t know about you, Jod. That sounds to me like he wants to play. He was saying he would give you a sack, no question. And if he did come back for the Texans, that’s all they would need him to be, a situational pass rusher. Played 20 to 25 snaps. And that’s exactly the role that JJ Watt kind of envisions himself being in if he does decide to return.

  1. They are doing just fine without him. He’s it is too far in the season for him to want to come back. He was good but he wouldn’t be for the Texans like Michael Strahan was for the 2007 Giants

  2. To be fair, he has hinted like this in the past, it never happened. While I would love this, I think it was just a question asked and answered like "would you enjoy a few million in cash?"…

  3. Nah fuck him !!!!!!!
He quit the Texans when he was high and the team was low !!!!!!!!
The Texans would be stupid for taking back a quitter !!!!!!!!
The Texans is #1 defense in the the league without him and got to where they are at without him!!!!!!!!
    GO TEXANS !!!!!!!!
Let Watts stay where he is at!!!!!!!! He is good there!!!!!!!!

  4. Honestly would LOVE to see this, bring him in and absolutely make sure not to over use him use him on just like big 3rd downs or redzone stops so he’s not wearing himself down too fast and it would be perfect.
