Should The Texans Rest Key Starters Against The Raiders? #texans #shorts

  1. I’m not trying to be a jerk, but dude… This is just ridiculous. They haven’t clinched ANYTHING yet. This team cannot afford to lallygag through ANY game right now. As bad as the Raiders have been, this game is not a given. Not by a long shot. If Marks and/or Stingley are actually hurt and unable to play, fine, but talk of “resting” players when the Texans haven’t clinched a dang thing is asinine.

  2. We need to win every game. If it feels like we’ve beaten the raiders then we can rest the starters. We are 1 game from winning this division and getting a home playoff game.

  3. No clinched playoff spot and division still up for grabs. Every game is still important until the division is claimed by Texans or jags. That first home game in the playoffs is a big deal for division winners.

  4. If you’re winning by halftime, pull the starters. If opposing team scores a touchdown, put the starters back in. We haven’t clinched yet and you still play for home field advantage.
