While it’s nice someone is asking the hard questions, I also question their knowledge if they can’t see growth with QB.
No growth for Byfield or anyone on this team because it’s so boring and defensive. Zero creativity seems to be allowed and the forecheck isn’t aggressive it’s reactive

I think Byfield is stifled in this system. When he is let free, he produces.
Whatever this system is has gotten in their heads, and the lack of scoring has shaken everyone’s cofidence. They all make way too many passes. They are all thinking the game. I heard they are the lowest in the league in shot attempts. That isn’t a Byfield problem or a Fiala problem or a Kopitar progblem, that is a system problem.
