On The Bench | Riley Stillman

Riley, you made your Oilers debut a couple of nights ago and your coach called your game solid. How are you looking to build off of that into game number two? >> It’s a little bit more here. Uh same thing. I want to keep doing the same way, being simple, getting pucks to the forwards and it’s a little bit more each day. >> It was a well-rounded effort from your group in Boston. Uh what components of your team game do you need to see transferred in Minnesota tonight? >> I think we we can keep going on all ways. Like we obviously we had a shorty, we had a power play goal, and an even strength goal. So, it was a good road team win. Uh, I think we can follow that up, continue to push and we’ll be all right. >> It is a new look Minnesota Wild Squad with the addition of Quinn Hughes. How does he change the dynamic of the opposition tonight? >> Obviously, he’s a special player. I played him in Vancouver. He’s very mobile. He’s he’s a North Trophy winner. Like, he he’s a hell of a player. So, uh, he helps him a lot. Well, >> be great 61. Thanks for your time. >> Thanks.

Riley meets with Tony Brar during the Oilers warmups in Minnesota to chat ahead of his second game as an Edmonton Oiler.
