The plan was probably to see if they can sneak Bruihl through waivers. Not sure how full other teams 40 man’s are right now though.
If Bruihl made it all the way to us on waivers, there’s not that many other teams that missed out on a chance at him earlier this week that might want him now. I can’t imagine the cash considerations we paid for him were that much in either case.
