Coaches like Berube and Torts only last a season or two on legit contenders. If Berube didn’t win with the Leafs last season it was never going to happen.
There is no accountability, they are dead weight at this point. Split em up to get some pieces and invest in the younger guys in the team.
How about Jay Woodcroft. Got fired cause of bad goaltending in Edmonton but is by all accounts a good coach and well liked.
