37. Perhaps it's just me, but it sounds like every friggin' season Giannis implies he might want to leave Milwaukee, then immediately implies he doesn't want to leave Milwaukee. It's getting tiresome and sounds a lot like LeBron's pathway throughout his career of holding a franchise hostage to "Make moves I want, or else." with his player option contracts. I don't dislike Giannis, but I don't see many teams digging the idea of that. Milwaukee is stuck. If they make a trade for their future, it might be to a team that Giannis won't report to (especially if the other team trades good young players and picks to get him). There are only certain places he'd be willing to go to and highly based on what kind of deal it would be for his future in that city. The ultimate 'trick bag'. Why would he move to a place where the good players are going back to Milwaukee? That's why Milwaukee won't say anything except that "Giannis requested a trade AND we have allowed him and his agent to try to find a place he's happy with.
    What would Milwaukee want back for trading a player like Giannis?:
    1) Good young players
    2) a multitude of draft picks
    3) Make sure that the deal includes taking your brothers with you, and get them off our roster too! 😜

42. Trade AD for Kel’el Ware + cap relief and Gafford for Mathurin if possible. Probably a pipe dream for Ware, but if Miami thinks they can get the best of AD I think this solves our center depth if we were to get a scorer for Gafford

45. Wait why are you spinning Coby White being an expiring contract as a positive? Gafford is a positive contract. You can’t just lose Gafford for nothing. If you’re even a little uncertain about keeping Coby White long term then you have to treat him as an expiring contract which means Coby cannot be the main asset coming back. Are the Bulls willing to add an unprotected first in addition to Coby? If not then this trade should not be made.
