  3. mfer putting the blame on Penix when he shouldn’t have started with Penix. You spent $200MM on a QB, use him. Let Penis learn for a couple of years like Jordan Love. Dumbass made some of the most baffling coaching decisions and now Penix confidence is so crushed that he probably will never be a NFL grade QB.

  8. It’s as if they needed some games under their belt first, like a before season game or two. Weird.

    – Took “best player in the NFL off the field on the clinching drive just for you to get stuffed on 4th down”

    – Cards had the ball with a chance to win (they were absolutely going to go for 2 if they scored)

    – Multiple 4th down failures

    – 2000 yard RB had 170 yards of offense and sat on the bench for the majority of the 4th q

    But yeah you def executed Raheem.

  22. Again, not the way good coaches think. You don’t get wrapped up in your feels right now, you look at the big picture and realize your team has a -50 point differential even after this “streak”. You’re not going to win every close game, so good coaches work on how to be better so you’re not in many close games to start with.

  27. That’s why Raheem the Dream didn’t play his starters in the preseason two years in a row because he knew what they were capable of. It’s the players fault for not performing. That’s just good coaching.

  32. There are some games where I’d just say “you know what, we shouldn’t have been in it in the first place, we didn’t really have the talent to compete” like NE and Indy.

    But then there were the Miami and Carolina games.

    If nothing else, Raheem has to go for them. We just did not show up prepared to play a football game against teams we should have beat. That’s all there is to it. These games that are left are basically just exhibitions. These earlier games are where the season was lost IMO.

  33. We still tried to find a way to lose that game. 2 4th down conversion failures with a lead giving them the ball at midfield. Luckily we’re a little bit better than the Cardinals.
