The Jag’s beat the Raiders by 1 point. The Broncos beat the Raiders twice .. once by 3 points then again by 6 points. Bears beat them by 1 point.
But I get it , Texans offense looked terrible.. Stroud had an off day and no Woody Marks. I say the Raiders are not far from being a good team they have some stellar players ( Jenty , Bowers , Crosby). You can argue they have more super talent right now on offense than we do. Not having Aziz definitely showed on defense.

this was a wake up call for the team, it was good that they escaped with a win and no serious injuries. I’m confident they will show up for the rest of the season and postseason

Half doomer mood maybe, but if we want to really do this, then yes, a Dare fumble in week 1 or a loss in an early week because of a false start on a game clinching drive freakin matters man. The “scrappy upstart”/“they figure it out” schtick is wearing thin, with me at least. CJ has only played truly well in maybe 2-3 games this year. There’s no better option than him getting better, don’t get me wrong, but the Demeco era absolutely has to take the next step. We had this same convo last year going on the road for the playoffs. Let’s go get it done though, however we have to.

CJ Stroud sucks. No OSU QB has ever done well in the NFL. We need a new QB, better offensive line, and more depth on defense. They are losing in the first round of the playoffs.
The Texans have 4 of the first 66 picks in the draft next year and they need to trade all of those picks to move up for the best QB in the draft. Stroud is not a franchise QB, He sucks. As long as they don't draft an OSU or a big school QB, they all suck.
