Nobody is blaming Fields singlehandedly, but he’s clearly a bad QB and needing a better QB is one of the glaring issues we have.

I’m not blaming Fields, I’m blaming who ever thought it was a good idea giving him a 2 years 40M contract.
Justin Fields doesn’t play defense and bad defense especially the Jaguars game but pretty much every game has been horrible.
Justin Fields also hasn’t been the QB in the most recent losses. Justin Fields didn’t injure Garrett Wilson which also has hurt the offense with him out. You can only blame Justin Fields for what he’s done himself and you should blame Mougey for the roster.

Some clowns on here thinking AG has final decision on roster. Nope….like on every team, GM’S and HC talk but Mougey has the final decision. No first year coach would ever have that power.
Mougey’s primary job has been to set us up for this rebuild. When you rebuild, you need two things…
1. Accrue draft picks
2. Position us regarding salary cap
Mougey killed it in the two trades and the Jets are in a good spot (left over Rodgers dead money) in 26 and a great spot in 27 regarding salary cap, so we can be aggressive both years in FA.
It was never about this year. Mougey has done a great job setting us up for a rebuild. Now he needs to have two good drafts. AG needs to stay in his lane and worry about improving as a coach and be able to develop the players we draft.
Justin Fields is a bad QB… That doesn’t make Brady Cook a good QB. Just stop. Justin Fields is unplayable
