love the videos go wings go!
The difference between Minnesota and Detroit is that the Wild are trying to win a Cup in the next 2 seasons, and the Wings, well, they're obviously not.
Good trade for the Canucks and the Wild, even if Hughes doesn't re-sign there, at least they're going for it.
Captain Quit Hughes…
Its a done deal everybody moved on who cares about detroit..minny got him now..tis a dead horse
Bill Guerin is trying to win a Cup now. He's going for it. Right or wrong I admire his boldness. Yzerman doesn't make trades like this anymore. He did in Tampa. But in Detroit he's basically been Kenny Holland 2.0
Fyi, Adams officially out as Sabres GM
Minnesota made a lateral move. They hurt themselves down the middle. They have no shot at winning the cup. None at all.
can you imagine if he comes back to the canucks. lol that would be funny
Lego, I love ya, bro. But you always pronounce his first name wrong. Simon = Sigh – men.
It's SIMON, not SIMONE.
Hughes can't agree to an extension now, he still has 2 years left on contract.
Great non trade by yzerman
Well considering we have possibly the best pipeline in the league and Griffins being 20-1 I'm not worried 😂 sorry Vancouver congrats on stealing other players from a different team 👍 I'm not distressed at all we didn't get rid of our top prospects especially it being Edvinsson or ASP without an extension that's for sure! I wouldn't even get rid of them with one. 3 really talented players and a first round draft pick no way Hughes is producing better than 3 people! 🤣
Simon Edvinsson , along with Mo Seider , right now , are statistically according to advanced analytics, the best pair in hockey (certainly , the best top 1, 2 or 3 pairs without argument- statistically speaking). Hatdest match ups in the whole league. Another trade will come that will put us over the top. I don't think this was the best potential trade we could have made ( under the circumstances and with the timing in particular ). If minnesota finds they have to trade him in 2 years. He'll be gone within one point five years from now, in another trade. That timing makes alot more sense for the Wings organization. Do to the cap, in 2025, it's all about the timing !
I think Quinn is mad it wasn’t the red wings.
It wasn’t a failure, it was a missed disaster,
Stop making me feel old Lego. I was in grade 12 in 2002… When I was in Grade 12 the WEST COAST EXPRESS were tearing it up here.
I'm so glad we didn't get him
Bro it's not Seamoan Edvinsson it's Cymahn Edvinsson! If you were a Red Wing fan at all you'd know this.
It was a great place for Quinn to go he will get his Stanley cup this year or next year. And then he will wait for his brothers in Minnesota
Im glad we didnt, big ed and mo are a great pairing. We dont need another small guy on D
The great thing is, the Wings are looking great, and we can STILL get Hughes in a year without trading anything for him.
