  1. Thanks for sharing. It’s hard to be enthusiastic about the Jets right so I appreciate you sharing some positive insights from players who have 1st hand experience of AG.

    Have a good Christmas.

  2. Appreciated but a lot of our fans would fire Glenn tomorrow and bring back Rex if they could. This is cool to see as someone who still is a believer in Glenn.

  3. It’s a process in terms of changing the culture and fixing the roster but we also need to acknowledge that Glenn has made some absolutely insane clock management decisions in his first year. That’s less process and more aptitude, I’m not out on him but I need to see more.

  4. 15 years without a playoff appearance and this coach hand picked Justin Fields to be his qb and told the fan base that hes in win now mode.

It took him an entire season to fire the worst DC in the league after setting a record for consecutive games without a turnover.

    Stop making excuses for him.

  5. I’ll hold off judgement until we can get a year with a roster more based on his and DM’s scheme/fit. I understand Fields was their pick but it’s not like the available QBs were high quality. We will see if they draft one high this year or next. First year of a first time head coach is not the time to judge it with a letter grade. I do remain positive (this past year’s draft has looked decent and no big flashy free agency moves/the 2 big trades sets us up for this upcoming offseason nicely to continue to build). BUT we are all Jets fans and we all suffer the same!

  6. I’m not Aaron Glenn as coach….but has anyone noticed him doing anything on the sidelines during games besides talking with refs and cheerleading?

  7. Good video. I think there’s a lot of merit to this. But people seem fixated on some things with Glenn. I don’t believe any coach can be evaluated in 1 year. A coach without a QB, and I think it’s damn near impossible to pass judgment in less than one season.

Saying he should have fired wilks sooner, how can he properly evaluate everything in process when it hasn’t actually reached fruition?

I’m not saying I’m thrilled with the outcome this year but when we took fields I knew this was gonna be tricky. But I also knew that it was gonna be hard to judge ag on just this year alone, but many fans will be here ignoring the video and thinking they know better.

  8. The Winnipeg jets have as wins in this early hockey season than the ny jets have in the last three years

  9. People want results but don’t want to plant the seeds for them. The Jets have NEVER done this and seen it through. They always change plans midstream. This team needed to be GUTTED and start anew. That doesn’t come with a bunch of feel good wins and holding onto hope. It’s understanding you have to suffer through some of this shit. Let the pieces fall in place. AG has worked in numerous places that built to success, and he desperately wants it for the Jets. Let him navigate this with Mougey. I’m comfortable with what I’ve seen, both from roster moves and most of the play. QB was always the pendulum swing; and it didn’t fall in their favor. Pick yourself up, improve your talent core and then target your QB. It was never gonna be pretty. We just have to be patient.

  10. I appreciate you posting this. Nothing is promised but that’s what I’m hoping happens so it’s good to hear players talking about it. Makes it feel a little more real and possible.

  11. This is great but as a Jets fan this is the same story we’ve heard through each rebuild since Rex Ryan was the HC. Would just like to see some actual progress for once, instead of just selling us on hope.

  12. Everyone has said good things about every coach since Rex, besides Gase, and even that Peyton backed. Who gives a shit what they say when we can see these coaches suck with our own eyes.

AG needs to improve next year or he needs to be gone. Not gonna gaslight me with this “trust the process” “be patient” garbage when we’ve been doing that for going on 16 years.

  13. Mods, please ban OP.

I believe any posts that are not completely negative are not allowed here.

  14. I dont think Glenn is bad coach but things started rough and people are rightfully worried. I’m a defender but they’ve neen playing so shit.

  15. I want to give Glenn 7 years no questions asked. I don’t want him to press, I don’t want him to deviate from building something from the ground up, even if it’s a painfully slow go. We’ve sucked for this long what’s the harm in trying something different?

  16. The amount of players, current and former, that have publicly stated how much they believe or admire Glenn is all you need to know. I will take these guys opinions over some Reddit or Twitter asshole constantly crying about having him fired day in and day out. I look forward to them having to eat their words.

  17. My fear is always the same with the Jets. the minute the process starts working Woody will come in and undermine it and everyone who had anything to do with it.
