I recognize Bonzi, Grant, Stoudamire, Antonio Harvey, Steve Smith and Greg Anthony, who are the rest?
I’m not surprised Sheed didn’t go, he’s talked a lot of shit about Mike Dunleavy as coach on his pod. For what it’s worth, Sheed still likes Portland enough to be in town, I saw him summer ‘24 at Du Berry probably going to grab a pepper steak😂
Rasheed my goat. I think it was the ‘98 blazers showing up at Bullwinkle’s when I was a kid for some event. I remember seeing Grant there too.
Seemed like odd timing doing it a few days before Christmas, especially for those that dont live anywhere close to Portland.
Those guys could ball.
These 99-03 Blazers teams were legit. They didnt have one big superstar, but they had a bunch of guys who were all-star or close to it. They played as a unit, tough defense, lots of that “bad boys” vibe.
Same with those Kings teams back then (Webber, Stojaković, Divac, Williams…). Those were honestly my favourite squads to watch. Too bad they ran into prime Shaq and Kobe in LA, otherwise they would have a ring.
Kevin Calabro said on the broadcast last night that Rasheed couldn’t make it due to a prior commitment. Sounds like a conflict or he would have been there
Almost didn’t recognize Dunleavy.
My team.
Shocked Bonzi showed lol.
honoring a team that lost in the conference finals is a joke.
