    Bill Belichick would bring the tough love and discipline this team has been in desperate need of for YEARS!! The locker room stopped believing in what Harbaugh was selling years ago. How many times have we shot our selves in the foot? This is a mentality issue. The boys dont play to win anymore, they play afraid to lose. They forgot how to put the dagger in the throat because our dear leader Harbaugh becomes Bambi in headlights when the game is on the line.

    The years of incompetent coaching in critical moments have taken a toll on the team’s psyche and motivation. Blowing leads through self-inflicted mistakes has become Harbaugh’s trademark at this point. Belichick would reset the entire atmosphere on day 1 and allow us to pick up where we left off in the AFC Championship. No more kumbaya, lets give it our best effort and hope its enough, bullshit. Accountability would return. Everyone would be locked in and motivated to do something special.

    Ray, Ed, and Sizzle would repair our defensive mindset and remind everyone what it means to play like a Raven. Rex would bring back the swagger and confidence.

    Tom Brady paired with Lamar would break the matrix for obvious reasons.

21. It's not a new voice or motivation. It's about EXECUTIVE INCOMPETENCE. The team is a reflection ultimately of the Head Coach and his skill or lack thereof. It's about DETAILS and PREPARATION. Every team we play is better prepared than we are. We continually find ways to LOSE. Lamar's incredible talent is being WASTED, just like Ray and Ed's were. WHY? Because Harbaugh is INCOMPETENT with offenses. And EDC is his accomplice in the incompetence.
