17. At the line of scrimmage, the tush push is just a quarterback sneak. It’s only what happens behind him that makes it any different. This is why all of the conversions about the tush push are stupid. They all miss this obvious point. For example when other teams were afraid of the tush push they claimed that the eagles when false starting. whether the were or not has absolutely nothing to do with the tush push and every team in the league now and always uses the QB sneak. So the false start claim is a moot point. Now the eagles are struggling with the tush push. Why? Because they are not getting any push from the o-line on any run plays. It has nothing to do with the tush push. They are not gonna have any more luck with a QB sneak unless they figure out why this line can’t block any more on. Any run plays.

26. I agree that the O-line is the biggest issue for the T push. I don’t think they should abandon it but I do think they should run more variations off of it until defenses don’t know how to defend it when it’s called, that will help when they actually do run it via QB sneak. I also would still like to see Tank get more carries and keep using Hurts in the run game or scrambling for that triple run threat. It’s the perfect time for that style of old school smash mouth football. And like we’ve seen it will open up the passing game, especially with the way they have evolved. Lastly BG is a Legend and huge boost overall to this team. Let’s Get It! Merry Christmas Everyone!
