[Bontemps] Kerr Settles Draymond beef: ‘Not my finest hour’

> “Monday night was not my finest hour, and that was a time I needed to be calm in the huddle,” Kerr said after Golden State’s practice…”I regret my actions in that exchange. I apologized to [Green]. He apologized to me. We both apologized to the team.

> “We are no longer the ’17 Warriors, you know, dominating the league. **We are a fading dynasty. We know that**. Everybody knows that. So what is up to us is, ‘How do we carry ourselves night to night? How connected are we? And can we give ourselves another swing at the plate?’ We did that last year. I was really proud of the team last year.

“I’ll go to the bench if you need me to” -Draymond to Kerr
Kerr said “that’s not even a consideration” right now
Dray running the organisation apparently
Even kerr knows this team is shit. Its time for us fan to get onboard with that idea lol
why did kerr apologize? thats the most confusing thing ever
EDIT: watched the whole interview key points. kerr sounds set on starting dray and steph always also sounds like dray will never be traded. the way kerr spoke of the current team sounds like they ran the numbers and wont be trading for someone old to improve the roster, from what i felt from the interview at most they’re going to continue the two timeline process. sensing a trade for a young developing star to mid value current player.
I feel bad for Kerr. And I am fed up with this both-sides call. For this incident, like a few others, Green should apologize and held accountable. I hope Curry will call that in the locker room too, at least support that kind of activity (not in public).
Poor Draymond.
Good ol’ damage control.
Why is Kerr apologizing for standing up for himself when Green as always is the clear aggressor?!
Jiminy, Kerr. First admits he’d not doing his job, then admits he went off Dray-like in the huddle.
Better hold onto those picks.
I mean as long as this doesn’t stop draymond from making stupid turnovers we’re SOL.
I’m tired, boss.
This is not Steve Kerr’s fault in my opinion. I do not like this apology..
This sounds like Stockholm Syndrome.
In the comments: lots of fake ass fans who will disappear the moment Curry retires, claiming they know better than Kerr & Green.
Glad to hear it’s no big deal!
Coward , Jimmy is on his best behavior due to the circumstances and media smear show but he will lose a lot of respect for Kerr from this imo.
