They’re all in denial. There’s a quote “People have a habit of inventing fictions, they will believe wholeheartedly in order to ignore the truth they cannot accept”. No names mentioned, Nick. 😂. Our 49ers got this. I can feel it. 🙂

  14. Another way to to look at Purdy: who would the Niners trade him straight up for? Not Lamar. Not Stafford or Rogers because of age. Not Trevor Lawerence, Bo Nix, Sam Darnold, Jordan Love or Jerod Goff, even though the all have over 100 passer ratings this season. Caleb is still too unknown. The only 4 they’d even consider are Allen, Burrow, Mahomes and Maye, but even then I don’t think they’d pull the trigger.

  17. David, Christmas greetings from Japan! It’s already Christmas Day here. The stats you provide are awesome and convincing. I sometimes get into online chats with Purdy haters. Whenever I bring up these stats I get one of 3 responses: 1) Bro, I use the eye test… whatever that means; 2) he’s never won a SB. I usually reply that neither has Josh Allen, Burrow or Lamar…but Trent Dilfer and Joe Flacco have. It took Elway, who I hold in the highest regard, 4 trips before he won his first.; and 3) he has great players around him. I typically say, so did Bradshaw, Montana, Aikman, etc., you name it.   23. If Kittle can't go KYLE better have at least half a dozen planned pass plays to Tonges as we can see he can catch pretty well!
    Not just as a last resort for Purdy like on Monday and in Seattle!!
    But I'm afraid Shanahan WONT do that, cause he's too stubborn and that's his biggest weakness!
    Even if Kittle plays we should have several planned pass plays for Jake!
    It's very hard for defences to try to defend 2 very good receiving TE's so come on KYLE!!

  27. I hate the argument that if an Allen, Mahomes, Jackson, Herbert, or Love were in Purdy's place, that they would've gotten it done. It's easy to say they would do better but I personally feel Purdy has done excellent. I've also said he is extremely lucky, which is something anyone should want on their side. Go niners, thank you for the content David, I watch daily.

  31. I'm no doctor but a mid-ankle sprain is the same thing as a high-ankle sprain according to chat gpt. Kittle isn't going to play the next 2 games unless the sprain was mild. The injury didn't look that bad on tv. Niners need to get that 1st round bye so he can get to full strength.
