The Iceman cometh.
As a Chicago Bears fan, I'm still getting used to this much coverage of a QB on our team. Especially this late in the season.
Sorry, I am not impressed.
First 58 Minutes he is Joe Schmo
Final 2 minutes he is Joe Montana
So still nothing with them talking about the CFP first round. Makes you wonder….
IF you really listen to Kurt, he actually says NOTHING positive about Caleb. He’s a HATER!
You hear Rich get testy when he goes fishing for more gushing over Caleb and does not get it. Kurt watches a TON more tape and does a TON more in depth analysis than any of those engaged in this latest glazing. He sees what is actually happening. The guy is doing what is asked which is now within his current level of development. To me keeping that ask where it is at makes a deep postseason run unlikely, but time wil tell and the same goes for (hopefully only slowly) expanding that and finding how much growth potential is actually there which is impossible to know for sure ahead of time.
Caleb has room to grow
He does?!!!
Im a bears fan but Rich needs to take the blinders off. Caleb is still getting better and has his issues still but thats what makes it so exciting. Hes in his second season but in his first with Ben Johnson. Hes not playing his best football yet and hes already really, really good. When he gets consistent and cleans some stuff up wow hes going to light the league on fire.
