  1. Good for it Todd go take the job. I heard Michigan was interested in Harbough too . They both can go .Lamar and the team need a fresh start .Lamar is injured because of EDC who built a project in front of him with all those inexperienced players. Blame themselves for the poor trenches .

  2. I'm 100% positive Harbaugh won't take another coaching job after the Ravens because he knows he'll be exposed. Biscotti and Lamar are literally the reason he's had a job for more than a decade.

  3. 30+ year fan here. I want to be clear, if any move is made to remove 8, instead of the coaching staff, I will be completely done with this team. FOR GOOD. I know I’m not alone there.

In no way should John Harbaugh retain his job after blowing 13 double digit leads in the 4th quarter in the last five years. He is a nepotism hire that has never excelled and has been a passenger to success his entire coaching career. You can see what a good coach does in Macdonald. We were a completely different team with him here

  4. If Todd wanted out, he’s well enough connected at the college level. He could find a job in probably 15 minutes.
I head coaching position for a school that is in disarray. I’d be shocked if they would take a first time head coach they need to present to the recruits their current players, their families and the fan base we got a handle on it. We got experience we know what we’re doing. There’s a plan.
Rather than I don’t know, he’s never been a head coach. It’s gonna be a learning curve. He’s gonna have to figure some stuff out. He’s gonna have to learn how things are handled. You’re not gonna wanna bring that in right now just doesn’t seem like the spot unless they flat out can’t find anybody with that experience to take the job which could be the case. Now you’re late in the running trying to assemble a staff and everything that goes with that.

  5. Lamar is my guy and I take him over Harbs 10 out of 10 times but he's missed significant time in three of the past 5 years. The fact that they're exclusively soft tissue injuries means that whether it's on Lamar or the Ravens training staff, something needs to change with how his conditioning and preparation is handled.

Having said that we absolutely don't trade #8 and need to ship Harbs off as soon as the season is done.

  6. Harbaugh and the come ftom behind losses are getting stale. Lamar can put up 30 to 40 points and teams still come back…..Buffalo, for example. Sit Lamar and get him healthy. Beef up the O line. Top 5 QBKs likeLamar don't come around every day and don't come cheap.

  7. …why stay when you got a quarterback still learning how to quarterback…..Lamar doesn't what to run any more, just pass and take sacks and get hit at alarm rate….

  8. Sell Lamar to the cards for draft pics, upgrade to the 1st or 2nd slot and get one of the top rated QBs in the draft. There only 2…just by drafting a QB you will save a tone of cap space. Lamar is a quitter. He only cares about princess trophies.

  9. The question we should be asking is who our next head coach should be.
    Robert Saleh
    Steve Spagnuolo
We need someone who can transform our defense to what is once was, feared across the league

  10. 0:30 before you even get into this, who looks at Todd’s performance since coming to Baltimore and thinks, huh I want that guy running my team
Unless he’s taking Lamar with him I don’t see it being a good move on that teams part
