   Jerry Jones is actually not a bad GM. He has a lot of good traits. He does often find diamonds in the rough. Saying that his inability to fill out weaknesses before/during the season is about the worst. Cowboys will never make a NFC Championship with Jerry much less a Super Bowl.

   This defense is a lot more than a “good” draft away. They need a DC and alot of help.
