    Ive watched every game for years. Mitch, when he's on the court, is the 2nd most important player we have. The best offensive rebounder in the game, or at least equal to Stephen Adams. Singlehandedly he gets us 10 second chances a game. He's a lock down defender. Crazy dangerous in the pick and roll. If he could shoot free throws he'd be getting 25m a year. He's on a descending value contract, a complete steal for the team. He deserves whatever he gets paid next year
