Wondering if we might see Rule 17 get enforced this year with this race to the bottom. Or a draft lottery. Commissioner seems to have unilateral power under rule 17 to protect the integrity of the game.

beaux collins, dj davidson, and evan neal are all pretty much PS level players. thomas and flott are both good. thomas has had an injury riddled career, who knows if he would play if the game was important, maybe? but hes missed tons of important games. JMS is the starting center but his backup may be better. it would probably be better for the raiders if deonte banks was playing.
