  5. The week between Christmas and new years exists in its own little pocket dimension. I’ve been off work since the 23rd and I honestly have no idea what day it is. Time for me is just a cycle of snacking and napping. I woke up at what I think was 4 am to make a turkey sandwich. Red Wings game day threads are like a light house, keeping me oriented in space and time so I dont just dissolve into the gluttonous æther. LGRW!!!

  7. Finished watching Heated Rivalry. Was not expecting to be in an emotional chokehold the entire time, but man was it worth it.

    Seriously, a show like this was desperately needed after the dumpster fire that was 2025.

  8. Canes are such an annoying opponent to draw right after the holiday break.
    If there’s still some ham and gravy left in the Wings players’ system, Carolina is probably going to drain it out of them tonight.

  12. Today I have to time shift the game and watch it when I get home. I’m going to my 33rd and final concert of the year, TSO at LCA. While TSO is a holiday tradition for some, this will be my first time at one of their shows.

  16. Canes have been seriously shitting the bed for the past several games. Expect them to come out flying tonight; hope the Wings can survive it!

  17. Lions lost in an embarrassing way. Pistons lost last night to a bad team. It’s up to us to save the city of Detroit.
