By this metric, Goff produces the 4th-best rate of explosive plays and the 2nd-lowest rate of negative plays. We can say from this that Goff is one of the best decision makers in the league.

*Negative Play Rate includes:
– INT-worthy throws
– Sacks that are the QB's fault
– Fumbles

  1. A potential bias here is that Goff significantly benefits from RAC yards from Gibbs, St. Brown, and Jamo. However, it could still be a valid claim that Goff does well finding our weapons in open field.

  2. Look; I’m not trying to shit on Jared.

    But: the playcalling stinks

    Our Oline stinks.

Our rbs can’t do anything cuz of said Oline

Gibbs is insane but he’s been bottled up for at least 2 weeks.

Amon and Jamo have been fine. But we have no run game. Not for lack of backs. Our line just sucks and Dan is bad at calling plays

  3. No one is doubting Goff’s ability in general. It’s his ability under pressure. He is atrocious when he’s pressured heavily and has very little way of getting out of it. When he has time he is fantastic

  4. Goff and friends hoisting the Lombardi trophy on a winter parade down the entirety of Telegraph Ave late Feb 2027. I’ll be there. The dude had the worst game of his career, but you all don’t recognize it was injuries that throttled us in general? 😞

  5. Goff haters want Justin Fields so bad.

Jared Goff is an amazing QB. It doesn’t matter how many stats prove this though, there will always be the “he can’t scramble!” crowd.

Just let those people whine in a corner somewhere.
