  1. I just don’t see it happening. Jerry Jones is not going to trade for Max Crosby. He wants to win now… not happening in Dallas, unfortunately.

  2. 1) Adding Crosby would be huge. Especially if we can do it without losing a 1st Rd Pick! That is the kind of attitude we need to get going in the right direction.

    2) I’ve said many times our WR room is one of the best in football. Flournoy and Turpin are great supporting cast WRs and I am not writing off Tolbert or Mingo who are also both talented.

    3) Eberflus is uninspiring. He also has not gotten the best out of his players and I would say these players are playing worse. We need a hungry DC who can get the best out of his players. We beating the hell out of this horse but it’s true.

    4) Schotty is a decent coach. I think we will be perennial contenders. However Dak eats up a lot of Cap Space compared to his peers. Mahommes and Hurts both a lot cheaper than Prescott. (Guys with Rings) I’m not knocking Dak as I think he is a good player but it handicaps our ability to add quality pieces. See if we can do something about that using accounting methods.

  3. I think you missed the more important quote from Jerry Jones about Eberflus and that was why Wilson didn't play a single snap, and it was his understanding he would play. Translation: Jones told Eberflus to play Wilson and Eberflus said "go kick rocks. I don't think Crosby will be on the market or if he is the price will be to high, but if that is the case, go after Hendrickson and keep your picks, because like you I don't think the defense is that far off, and two or three new players may be the answer."

  6. I respectfully disagree on trading for Crosby simply because the Cowboys have too many holes to fill on defense. One person is not going to fix this defense. Also, you would have to give away draft picks which really limits your plan to fix the defense. Trading for Crosby doesn't work.

  9. We have a lot of talent on are defence. .the free agent an are next two drafts ..are huge to turn this defence around….we have no pressure none …An we thought we had a good pass rush …trading parson was a good move…

I said it before, I think Maxx Crosby is just as good as Parsons….actually better against the run…..the only downside with him is that he is a little older than Parsons but at 28, there’s no real reason that he can’t play at a high level for 4-5 more years. I would be all for acquiring him but I wouldn’t want to trade both firsts in this 2026 draft, that would be too much.

You think youre keeping clark, quinnen Williams, and youre giving pickens a new contract. Daks a 75 million dollar dead cap hit this year. Dont wanna hear about restructuring, its already been done. Youre going to lose people and youre not getting Crosby😂😂😂

  16. I was pissed with the Parsons trade but now after getting Clark, Williams and still having 2 First round picks I shut my mouth and said well played. Now if we keep Clowny then hit on Crosby or Hendrickson and also get a better defensive coach this team will be nasty and have a great turnaround. At that point I would love to keep Diggs.

  20. Had to add I was listening to your show I heard some horn in the background and it scared the crap out of me. I deliver and I thought I was about to get in an accident but nothing was ever around me. Had to rewind it and realize it was the background. Just had a good laugh out of it.

Trade a 2026 1st and final 2027 1st for Maxx, go get Hendrickson in FA, retain Clowney, draft LB with remaining 1st, get a decent vet safety and LB in FA, hope to God that Revel becomes a pro bowl CB with an offseason without the brace, hope Overshown gets his explosivity back, and also restructure and cut everyone necessary so we can afford this plan.

    If all this happens, we will be holding up Lombardi trophy early 2027 and/or early 2028.
