  1. Totally agree with your viewpoint. I am not smart enough to know the right QB to choose but if they draft one I want him sitting behind a veteran for at least one year and preferably two years.

  2. Malik Willis is like Mac jones. Not very talented and needs a good roster and coaching to propel him. He would not flourish in the jets’ environment

  3. I don't even, kind of, trust Egstrand with a "running" qb. His failure to be able to adjust his system to Fields is one of the biggest reasons Fields was a bust. They need a pocket passer, with some mobility, who can make quick pinpoint throws. Either that or an OC with experience.

  4. I like Malik Willis on the Jets next year but here's the thing……What turned Malik Willis around was the coaching of LeFleur and that system. Do the Jets have the structure, coaching, as well as the weapons that the Packers do? After watching them this year I'd have to say this isn't the case. So good luck to whom ever the QB is for the Jets next year because they'll certainly need it.

  5. I like him as a bridge/back up option. He's one of the best available in free agency. I'm not giving SF a 2nd or 3rd for Mac Jones. I'd rather him that paying and trading for Kyler, and I don't want any part of Cousins

  6. Agree 100%. I suggested this prior to last season before we signed Fields. Only obstacle to bringing in Malik or any vet for that matter is we already have Fields' dead money on the books
