I think Doval is who to watch this spring. If he returns to form we can really have an electric 8/9 duo. That would go along way to shoring up our bullpen.
I mean- can’t be any worse than how Weaver and Williams worked out in the end.
This is a lower profile tandem, too, so maybe less pressure, lower expectations will tangentially lead to better overall results.
We finally signed someone?…..oh.
They’ll be coming in down 5-2 just to stop the bleeding and give the anemic offense a little league’s chance at a comeback
