  3. I watched the first 9 innings while working late. Wasn't over. I stayed later waiting for it to end but I had to go home around the 11th. Wasn't over. Listened to the radio broadcast on the hour drive to get home. Wasn't over. Didn't end until about two hours after I got home. Thanks Dodgers!

  5. This game was a big blow to Ohtani. He got on base for nine innings, but he had to pitch the next day without sleep and while on an IV drip. As a result, both catcher Smith and Ohtani were in poor form and it was a disaster.

  12. Well, yet another Dodgers game. This was a long Dodgers game. Too bad the Dodgers won. I can't wait to comment on tomorrow's Dodgers game. What's going to happen when MLB uploads all the Dodgers games? Will they go to 2024? Will they upload only Yankees games? Time will tell. We'll just have to wait and see.

  21. We'll never know if Ohtani could've ended this game earlier. I'm still new to this game, but I feel like there should be a limit to how many times you can intentionally walk the same player in a game. Walking a player 5 times ruins the game imo. Go Dodgers!

  22. What did this game have?
    Two home runs from Shohei Ohtani, who had 4 extra base hits in his 4 at bats, and reached 9 times
    Some epic defensive plays from both sides, but my favorite being the Hernandez to Edman to Smith play at home…just so satisfyingly perfect
    Tyler Glasnow going 4.2 innings, allowing 5 hits, 4 runs, only 2 earned runs, 3 walks, and 5 strikeouts
    18 heart-pounding innings
    Clayton Kershaw’s final appearance on the mound being in relief and getting out of a bases loaded jam
    2 scoreless innings from Edgardo Henriquez with 2 strikeouts
    4 scoreless innings from Will Klein with 5 strikeouts, 2 walks, only 1 hit, and 72 pitches thrown, doubling his original longest stint of 36 pitches through 2 innings
