7. I’m perfectly okay with that. I fear HOU/BUF a lot more than LAC, and you’re asking a dome team to come to frigid Foxboro in early January in all likelihood.

   Also, if BUF beats a team like JAX in the wild card too, then there’s a decent chance we face PIT in the divisional round if they win their home game. So the path is a bit better overall.

   1 seed would have been sweet but I doubt it’s happening now. We really just need to focus on winning the next two games, and then if DEN loses, we get 1 seed. If LAC loses, we face them wild card weekend.

    Also, this might be an unpopular opinion but I’m good with the 2 seed. For a team that has already exceeded expectations and has been labeled schedule merchants, the 1 seed might put too much of a target on the back of our young, inexperienced team.

29. Honestly I was hoping we’d get the Chargers. Texans defense scares me. Broncos does too but their offense is wildly inconsistent it’s a coin flip which version of the team you’ll get.

    But we can still get the 1 seed if the chargers beat the broncos and we win out.
