I think we should start a preemptive “Fire Tomlin” thread. If we get all of our grumbling out of the way in the morning, we’ll have our whole evenings to do something productive.

Would totally reverse my opinion on Tomlin if the Steelers smashed the Browns. This is a classic Tomlin trap game, and if we crush Cleveland tomorrow, I’ll stop talking shit.
As I said elsewhere. Rodgers is the difference here. We could otherwise expect Tomlin to let his foot off the gas like his fourth quarter prevent D, but A-Rod ain’t gonna let that happen on his watch. A win tomorrow says Rodgers still has it and all the losing in New Jersey was organizational, not on him. Steelers in a laugher.
I can see it now, week 18, Lamar Jackson comes back for the play and you’re in game. Comes down to the final minute of the 4th quarter, Steelers have the ball down by 3 after being up 17-3 at halftime, it’s 4 & 5 at the Pittsburgh 35 yard line and we’re stressing our minds off

Shedeur has had 1 single game where he has even thrown over 200 yards. They still managed to lose that game. They lost their best RB last week. Lets just chill out. I know we don’t have DK or TJ, but I got faith in Aaron Rodgers tomorrow. He’s been playing some of his best football this season as of late and have had a week to prepare knowing DK wouldn’t be playing.

Lots of comments about how this year will be different because of Rodgers. Totally disagree. No Metcalf means the field will shrink. It’s not hard to imagine two losses to end the season. Of course everyone will blame Tomlin. The reality is it’s an underwhelming roster when fully healthy. And without Metcalf and TJ it’ll take a Tomlin miracle. Possible but unlikely. Need one of our patented 5 takeaway games tomorrow.

I think that the offense will somehow look like total dogshit for 3 quarters, but the defense refuses to allow us to lose and actually keeps a foot on Shadeur’s neck all afternoon. I’ll say we’re up 6-3 going into the 4th, but we manage to put together a couple decent drives late and pull it out. Steelers 20-10.
