  1. I agree that this team made a lot of mistakes but the battled back and that defense was getting the ball back to the offense but the refs screwed them. I get that there were other bad calls but that horrible call essentially ended the game. The officials should be such a part of deciding a game.

  2. Look at the line Greg Roman has to work with. Look at all the drop passes. Does he take some of the blame, yes but he’s only the OC that’s prolly not gonna get another HC. The least we can do is give Herbert stability with the OC. If we get another OC and goes on a run. Goodbye OC hello new OC. I’ll give him one more year with everyone back and then we’ll see.

  3. I don’t think we can just dismiss the officiating. Including today’s crap calls, Jefferson’s ejection, and Perrymsn’s suspension, ALL have shown poor calls against the Bolts that affect this game and how we play.

  4. One team was playing for the playoffs the other team was in. That was the first quarter.

If we don’t go balls deep on O-Line this season we are in trouble. Do they want Herbert to get killed?

#10 has played his dick off this season and all the O-Line should be giving him 5 custom rolexes for Christmas, or funding his Kaiser plan in perpetuity because they are terrible.

  5. It’s OVER. Chargers couldn’t put up 17 at home with the best home crowd EVER at SOFI. You think we can go on the road to New England and win??? NOT A CHANCE. ITS OVER. BEN JOHNSON WAS THE RIGHT HIRE. FUCK THIS LOSER FRANCHISE

  6. Watching that game, I would agree that offensive play calling was lacking but most of all I feel as though the players didn’t execute. Plain and simple. We should’ve ran away with that game. Shit ass defense to start that game, important timely dropped passes, and awful special teams. The defense played stout considering all the the short fields that they had to play with because jk Scott forgot how to kick the ball (may I mention that jk Scott also had plenty of clean pockets to kick the ball). Cameron sucked. gave me flash backs of so many dreadful charger games. All things considered, I am very proud of this teams effort and I think we could hang with anyone in the playoffs because the biggest x factor in the afc to me is the Texans defense. We showed our defense can also ball out, forcing 2 interceptions and multiple sacks. If we get that ball back with 2 minutes we win that game. It’s easy to overreact but I love a potential matchup against the patriots

  7. I’d also like to mention that although a home playoff game is the most ideal situation, the most likely result of winning the 2 or 3 seed (assuming we had beat the broncos) is a matchup against either the Bills, Texans, or broncos. Our best chance at getting a playoff win in my opinion would be taking on either the patriots or steelers. We matchup well against the patriots

  8. Weird to say the Chargers have no counter punch while literally punching back enough to come back from 14 freaking down. Bullied? Bullied there way back from 14 down. The Chargers did enough to win this game if not for several self inflicted wounds. This game sits firmly on plays left on the field by players who’ve been better. Winning big games are made by players making big plays when called upon, that definitely didn’t happen today and we all watched the plays.

  9. At this point, I would kind of prefer to play a team that we already played recently so we can get our revenge and since we’re more familiar with what they’re running and how to counter it. I don’t want to go to New England for some surprise that we’ve never seen it and just get completely blown out.

  10. I'm not saying that he has to scramble so many times but I've watched many games this season where he stays back there and waits and waits for someone to get open when he should have just ran and gotten a few yards

  11. Look at the bright side: assuming we rest starters against Denver since we have nothing to play for then we’ll play Denver or New England in the wild card. We can beat either of those 2 teams after a de facto bye week next week

  12. The idea that it's just one game …… we'll come back in the playoffs ….. is Santa Claus fantasy.
We are NOT going to win anything this year. Any quality defense will beat us.
That was CHARGERING at its worst. The Harbuagh legend took a big hit for me last night.
The Texans were laughing at us the whole game. They couldn't believe how EASY we went down.

  13. 1st down – run for 3 to 4 yard gain
2nd down – run up the middle for no gain or loss
3rd down – Justin Herbert pressured or sacked
Over and Over and Over again!!! šŸ¤¦šŸ¾ā€ā™‚ļø
