Here's where I think you're wrong, the Patriots want the 1st seed in the playoffs, they're going to have to play their starters on order to get the number 1# seed, I'm tired of hearing this stuff oh rest their starters, and then they lose, and then they have a lousy schedule in the playoffs and they have to play through the whole playoffs, they can rest when they get the number 1# seed in the playoffs, how much rest do they possibly need, I don't think any team in the NFL should have a rest period, in my opinion after the regular season is over, the playoffs, shouldn't start for 2 weeks after the regular season ends, and then everybody who's in the playoffs has a 2 week rest period and that is it, just like college football, the NFL needs to change when the start of the playoffs start, the players have a rest period in between the regular season and the playoff season..🤔

36. I like the idea of resting anyone that's hurting. The Jets are clearly the best team to play depth players to get their feet wet, as Miami is a better team. I would to see some last minute trades for a key Defensive rushing talent, and a true big receiver to go into the middle for Drake Maye. When you have this good of a record, the best QB in the AFC, no clear powerhouse in the AFC, I'm throwing everything at the wall to see what sticks. 43. If we got the #1 seed and a bye, wouldn't that mean that the 4-week IR time would count for every game up to (but not including) the Superbowl? If we have the #2 seed, those players who just went on IR could still play in the AFC Championship Game. Also, look at the Patriots Home vs Away record (5-3 at Home/7-0 Away). I'm not sure if I would want the Broncos at home, at this point.
