  1. I think all of us Kings fans agree that Keon Ellis, alongside Murray, Raynaud, Clifford, and Cardwell are the future of the Kings. We need to let the youth play, just look how they've been improving recently ever since LaVine and Sabonis have gone down. They've been playing great!

  2. Go ahead and say it….u know u want to….😂

Sabonis and Lavine haven't been playing and we can see that the team is showing more grit and determination on the floor.

This is not meant as a knock on either Sabonis or Lavine.

We know those players can play.

I think there is a way to keep playing hard when things are not going well and that's what we are seeing now!

  3. It seems that the Kings, along with other franchises, screw with players minutes (particularly rfa’s & ufa’s) to manipulate their values. It’s so ridiculous. I hope he goes & excels with a team that actually wants him.

  4. I think we can all see that this team plays way better without Lavine. That fan wasn’t wrong when he called LaVine out on defense, he is our weakest link defensively as a starter. To be honest, DeMar has been paying way better defensively on the perimeter. I truly believe Westbrook has better chemistry with the rookies than Schroeder. Now if only we can move off from LaVine and Sabonis, we can get some valuable draft picks at that PG or SF/PF position and we will be set for a good rebuild. I want to see these rookies continue to prove they can put up good numbers in the few wins we pull off.

  5. I think as long as the HEAD coach has CLEARLY communicated what his plan is; why some players have a DNP; why they need to give some other players a run to give the coaches a look and see how different lineups work; etc: especially with the injury curse/blessing…..then NO player should be pouting.

Can we assume Doug Christie has done this?

  6. Also, when I see what Anthony Black is currently doing with Orlando in the face of injuries, I feel that Keon is at a similar point after being in the league for roughly the same amount of time…i.e. taking it upon himself to lead. I think Keon can do something similar for the Kings.

For me, Murray is NOT an on-court leader in the sense that Tony Parker was the Spurs head of the snake to allow Tim Duncan do his thing. Murray I don't think is out of his shell to really be that vocal on and off court leader, so there is definitely space for another young guy to take the bull by the horns.
