He’s your problem now, Bucks fans!
I’m just happy he doesn’t have this silly ass fan base defending him anymore and people can really judge him for what he is.
Have fun 3 rebound man
“Go where you’re celebrated…”
Hmm.
I’m sure some of y’all remember I was a big Myles defender when we let him walk.
He was bad for a series and a half at the end no way he doesn’t return to form!
He hasn’t returned to form. Looking like I was wrong.
Side comment but how the hell does Destin Adams still have any credibility as a colts reporter he’s swung and missed on basically every single piece of news
Holding firm on him even at the risk of losing him without recompense the way we did was a brilliant move by the front office. They were pilloried for it at the time but imagine how horrible it would be to have this guy’s $30M salary on the books for 2028-2029.
I dunno, I think Myles the human being was fun to watch and follow. Myles the basketball player was sometimes deeply frustrating, but there were a lot of seasons in there that weren’t his fault. He did wither on the biggest stage he may ever see, but he’s not the only one to ever do that.
I also don’t fault him for trying to get the biggest paycheck he could after 10 years in the league. Just look at his draft class from 2015 and how many of those guys aren’t even in the league at all anymore let alone drawing deals the size of his (of course the #1 pick that year is an exception). He’s nearing the end of his career as it is, which I think this fan base kind of lost sight of because he was our “young guy” for so long. You get the next 1-3 years of him being as productive as he is if you’re lucky and then that’s probably a career unless he finds a niche mentoring people somewhere.
12 PPG/6 RPG without Haliburton on average.
17 PPG/6 RPG with Haliburton.
Strange to leave the guy who made you into the best version of yourself and now both teams are worse for it. What a clown.
I don’t like this.
He’s a 10 year Indy guy. Always had a bit of sensitivity to him – which was endearing when here, and annoying when gone. That’s fandom, I get it.
We’re still fighting a center battle. In the playoffs last year, he kicked Lopez’s ass, then kicked Jared Allen’s ass, then was super productive and meaningful against KAT, and then made Hartenstein just about unplayable despite (with all agreement that he shot the ball poorly) lacking much other impact.
He’s a good player, but he’s a system player. And everything that I watch is Doc not putting him in positions to succeed. He should succeed – he’s a better fit/similar to Brook.
Not saying we should have given him that number – it’s hard to say until Ty comes back what the guys we have now will look like – But if we don’t figure out the center position and our window closes because we didn’t pay a guy that fits well and competes well in the playoffs (as a whole) with our group – then this is all a catastrophic failure.
He didn’t get worse. He’s just playing exactly like be did before we got Tyrese lol
We could use him
I remember when talking bad about Myles would get you downvoted to hell and back in this sub….. we’ve came a long way folks
Look at all that money he got though the grass might just be green enough
Grass ain’t greener but the uniform is. Funniest part is that Giannis wants out
He wanted the money. Good on Pritchard for not overpaying him
Myles appears now past his prime. What a great move by Indiana!
It’s so nice knowing that we were right all along
He can’t come back here, that’s for true….
What was the lowball offer that supposedly started his outing from Indy? I’m talking about what the actual difference was in how much he coulda made staying vs what he gets now, can someone inform me?
Myles was always an over glazed bum, one of the worst rebounders I’ve ever seen for his size
I love the karma he’s getting. Mf is dead to me anyway
The real head scratcher is this; every Pacer fan saw how mid Myles was pre-Haliburton. Tyrese unlocked Turner. Literally everyone saw it happen in real time. Why didn’t anyone in Milwaukee?
Signing Myles and stretching Dame is going to set Milwaukee back for years. They have harmed their ability to take on bad contracts bundled with draft picks since they are wasting valuable cap space. That is important for a rebuild as we have seen. They need to move Giannis as quickly as they can to get a rebuild going. They are only delaying the inevitable.
It was funny seeing how excited Bucks fans were for Cole Anthony and Myles early on. You just knew the honeymoon wouldn’t last. Moving Myles won’t be easy either. Who would want that contract?
He’ll probably talk ish about the Pacers in another interview lol. Like dawg, you need to lock in and stop worrying about your ex.
Miles is a double agent from the Michael Scarn Spy Agency.
I have no hate for Miles just like I have no hate for PG and I understand going out and getting your money and chasing a ring but, he went from being a big 3 in Indy to a role player on the Bucks and they don’t even care about him.

What did he see in the Bucks?
