  1. 10 or 12 minutes is as much as I can take at one time. Your videos are 2 long. I got things to do. I want to support your channel but 56, 59, 54 minutes is too much. You could have made 4 videos with the content you included here. Just a thought..It is YOUR channel..

  2. 1) Parsons would blow up the salary cap. In addition there is a decent chance we get a great pick to go along with Williams and Clark. We won that trade. We might be able to get Crosby for a 1st Rd Pick (or less even!)

    2) Eberflus is garbage. I would have fired him after the Carolina game. Guy says he is gonna run all over you and then has a career game? Yeah goodbye! šŸ‘‹

    3) We have talent deficits on Defense. We know that. Hear me out a bit. Liufau, Wilson and Bell are not all pro players. However they have particular talents that would be valuable under a better coach. Hell I am not sure Murray would not be better. Murray has the physical gifts he just looks lost all the time. I could go on for whole book on this.

    4) You can tell if the Cowboys are serious about winning a title if:

Pickens is brought back OR traded for a couple 1st Rounders.

We get an aggressive Def Coordinator. We need a LB and Edge. We can do that through the draft or Free Agency or combination thereof. Even if the picks were to flop or we get burned by being aggressive I can respect and live with that.

Keep Javonte Williams and foster the development of Blue and Mafah. These guys are horses and can do damage if use correctly.

*As far as Blue. This is his backyard. He is a Houston kid. How in the hell could we get hoodwinked by a kid that has been known in OUR area for a long time. Kid is a strong runner and runs a 4.2 40yd. Decent pass catcher too. Who the hell cannot figure out how to use him? Makes me suspect on coaching. WTF…..

  3. Jerry Jones Loyal to a Fault: If I may … Jerry is often described in this fashion, yet in this case, I put to you this is a descriptor of a person who is loyal to their ego vs loyal to a 3rd party. I have a very good friend who has a UCLA Psych Degree (along w/30+ years of experience), and they view it as such, stating that his behavior towards "his decisions" (his ego) seems to be the driving factor here in a display of classic narcissistic behavior which follows in line with his clearly stated goal of taking credit for "team building" so he can say "HE" is the reason for success. To me, this seems like a much better fit than imagining Jerry being loyal to this many 'people' over the years, as with high-achievement individuals, it is a common trait. #ThingsThatMakeYouSayHMMMMMMM #GoCowboys #BelieveInSchotty #LetDakPlay

Schotty's responsibility: Agree 100%. Schotty has now learned (hopefully) a critical head coach lesson regarding his assistants. After Jimmy, Jerry has been vocal and consistent on his picking assistants and holding some over from previous staffs. I believe this was a direct effect of Jimmy's staff all being loyal to him, and that just roasted Jerry's buns. He wants guys loyal to him. Of course, that doesn't build a staff that is conducive to winning it all. Hopefully, Jerry has finally learned this? One can only hope.

Dak Cap Space vs Mahomes, Hurt (with rings): That is a decision of the front office, not on Dak. They had every chance to sign him cheaper and chose to wait it out, which resulted in max $ for the deal. This is SOP for Jerry regarding his top talents. He will make early/team friendly deals, but this is (generally) with 2nd tier talent. Mahomes/Hurts were signed early vs late.

  4. Revel is garbage. I do not care if he is a rookie, he never makes a play and is never in position to do so. I can't remember a rookie looking this bad. He will not improve.

  5. Diggs has got to go. He has been checked out since the Micah trade. Revel will look better when the opposing QBs clock is sped up if we can get Arvell Reece, retain Clowney, and move heaven and earth to get Mad Max. We still need safety help though Dono and Hooker have aged like milk.

  6. No, not Shotty’s fault. He’s waited for years to be a head coach. Nobody called. So he’s not in a position to make any demand to put his own staff in place. Next year, he’s in position to.

  7. Crosby is good, but I think he’s too valuable and we’d be throwing him in a brand new system. The move for Logan Wilson seems like an incentive for potential free agents like Trey Hendrickson who’s played with Wilson his entire career. In my opinion we should focus on drafting where we need depth and making moves in free agency opposed to trading the picks we got from the Micah trade.

  8. Dak isn't hurting our cap…yet. Nobody is. We can go "all-in" and have well over $100 mil in cap space next year. We have a window next couple years to really go for it.
And the extra 1st is in theory one more good player on a cheap desk for 4 to 5 more years.
    The time is now.
I was a young fan for the last Super Bowl.
Since then I've had 3 kids, 2 are in college already. It's time to get back there. Now. Next year. This free agency and draft. Now.

  9. 100% agree on Revel and welcome the targets he gets. Lots of up and downs and looking average or below to some fans compared to what we have or had, recently. Difference is we had pass rushers then to what we have now. Entire secondary will get numbers with a legit front 7. As for eberflus, ditto to it all!! Shotty will be involved on next hire. Im just kinda surprised that he didn't force a personnel decision or a certain game plan. Had complete ownership of offense but minimal to none on defense. Will be interesting hire for sure.

  10. Jerry did hire the DC instead of letting his newly hired HC to hire ā€œhisā€ crew. Yes, he’s helped the skill position for offense but forgot to build inside out on defense. DT1, DT3, ILB, CB, Safety, Edge, and make sure your depth is there to play the scheme of the DC. Our DC, can ā€œNOTā€ make adjustments before or during games and gets out coached from play one. He’s got an DT like that got upgraded due to trade, FA’s, but he got a decent to good DL, but he starts older n non existent juice left…and think they can make the plays when we can see with our eyes šŸ‘€ that they’re NOT. Flus, lacks between his ears…he doesn’t hear or read the game as it is played. It starts with the fact that Schotty didn’t hire him, so Flus thinks I have a pass…arrogant/entitled coach…he’s lost his defensive players imo! Fire him after last game, let Schotty hire, have a say, for next DC.

  11. How do we know shotty was ok with flus before accepting the hc job, speculation doesn't cut it. If he is on a 4 year deal, he knows he has time to restructure the defense after flus is gone, he did right accepting the job for him, I've said this before, its the Dallas Cowboys , it will lead to more opportunities down the road.

  12. Parsons was salary cap problem. He was also a mouth and problem in the locker room. Linebacker has been a big problem in the last 15 years. They have been a problem in tackling. The DC has got to go. Need somebody who can teach them how to tackle.
