Avalanche Practice: Why Bednar Started Wedgewood; Third Line Shakeup

  1. New Wedge pads! Burgundy though, I’m still waiting to see those nice pads from the Ball Aluminum commercial. I wonder why they didn’t work out.

Interesting to read the why on Wedge last night, and to hear about Blackwood moving forward.

  2. *”Still no update from Bednar on the status of Logan O’Connor. The forward hasn’t played all season and it’s unclear, as of now, when he’ll be able to get in the lineup.”*

    Way to bury the lede.

Our 3rd and 4th lines look so much stronger with him back and healthy.

Edit: Maybe he’ll be back by the end of the Olympic break. He’d have plenty of time to spool up if that were the case.
