The OC is the issue, I also don’t think Raheem does any adjustments in game. This team was so good on paper and just couldn’t find a way.
Agree with everything you said but Jamal ’99 was special.
If we end up keeping Raheem,how would y’all feel about hiring Pete Carroll to be a consultant to the team? Man could help Morris with a lot.
Need to do something – Saints and Panthers actually look like they could be good next year . Saints particularly the last 5 games
That’s what happens when you make a boneheaded decision like spending $180 million on Kirk Cousins, then waste the #8 pick on a mediocre QB that tore his ACL twice.
Has anyone else noticed how we are 1-8 this season in games at 1 PM or earlier and 6-1 in games 4:30 PM or later…reeks of poor preparation and discipline
Jalon Walker is the better player for DROY, both guys are bookend studs for many years.
There were playoff expectations but Atlanta lost two players on the right offensive line. Chris Lindstrom and Jake Matthews battled injuries all year. Then Penix went down, the secondary was horrible with AJ Terrell out.
Safety Jessie Bates regressed this year.
Two guys off the street played wide reciever, Drake London out with injuries, starting LB Divine Deablo out with injuries.
Kicker situation was nonsense, but looks like Atlanta has found a damn good kicker now.
Haven’t seen anything like this watching 25 years of football, a team full of Pro Bowl talent getting imploded.
This isn’t like the Jets or Raiders, you’ve got Pro Bowl talent on rookie contracts.

Solid middle linebackers in Kayden Ellis and Divine Deablo. Above average DB in Terrell. They probably lose Kyle Pitts next year, but use that money to keep RB Tyler Allgeier.

The Burner Turner was second in MVP voting in ‘08 but ye Bijan cookin
Zac Robinson and marquise Williams are the biggest reason why we’re here. How many games did we loose because of a blocked field goal, dumbass special teams play where we muffed a punt or got a kickoff returned by the other team for a touchdown? Or a missed FG by two kickers who were chosen even after zane Gonzalez worked out with us. Marquise shoulda been gone. How many games has Zac called where we do okay first half and can’t adjust for shit and get maybe 3 points only in the second half while the other team dominates our offense.
And it’s raheems dumbass fault for not replacing Marquise and when we lost to the panthers in that donut game rather than fire Zac Robinson’s idiotic ass, he fires Ike Hilliard who put up 2 thousand yard receivers the year before. It’s raheems fault for having an emotional bank account with koo and choosing romo over Zane.
Our talent was never the issue. It’s always been the coaching.

This win means we are gonna be forced into another season with this coaching staff doesn’t it. Ughhhhhhh. Really sucks bc with literally any other coach who got an NFL gig that cycle it feels like we r in the playoffs.
Aikman said best; Shoulda, coulda, woulda. 2 other wins and the NFC South was ours.
This is why I want to keep Fontenot. We have all kinds of talent on this team. Just look at what Ulbrich has done in his first season here. He’s our only good coach.
Mike McCarthy can get this team into the playoffs. Hes had 12+ win seasons in Green Bay and Dallas. And I hate people are so resistant to him when in reality we arent this juggernaut franchise who is coming off dynasty. We are in the NFL sewer and a coach like McCarthy can get this right.
