I think Schoen should be fired but wouldn’t every GM be involved in roster moves week to week? That’s literally the job. It would be negligence if he wasn’t involved.
Eyyy, that’s my question. Glad my five bucks was worth getting this out there. I’ve seen some arguments that Schoen doesn’t own a lot of responsibility for the losses because GM work is mostly done off season, but that dude is literally contributing to the mismanagement of the team week to week.
I know ill get downvoted but Keeping schoen means we wont get a headcoach who’s capable and has the balls to do what’s needed.

Let’s say Schoen is capable of drafting and let’s say he’s decent at trading. Is there a world where he stays and becomes good as a GM?
I think it’s possible. I think if hey are a .500 team he can buy himself time to be better. But I don’t think they are going to get a good coach in the building unless they extend Schoen. You need at least a 3 year runway for the coach and Schoen.
Unless every single good coach out there refuses the job Schoens gonna stay. And that means we gonna get McCarthy or Schoen’s boy Lou Anarumo

Okay, let’s say you actually believe schoen is the guy (lmfao), how can you not see the situation we’re in and not fire him just to get out of the mess? Even if you have faith, coaches looking for jobs wont, why would they wanna be the head coach of a gm who’s seat is hotter than the sun? What players would in their right mind wanna sign here? Faith in a gm doesn’t mean you cant find faith in another? This team is so unserious
If they keep this management after this season I’m done. Been a fan for 30 years even after moving across the country, and I’m convinced schoen has it out for us. Call me whatever you like but miss my phone when it comes to giant’s games 🤷♂️ they put out the same garbage every year.

The coach determined kicking situation, a bum like Neal and Hyatt staying on the roster. The kicker situation being dogshit on purpose.
