The Texans have been way nicer than any other team would be. if it’s really true that mixon got hurt jet skiing, didn’t do what he should have medically, then got problems from it. At minimum most teams would have taken advantage of him getting hurt doing stuff against his contract, when it happened.
Woody Marks has made the issue a lot easier I think.

I’ve been generally liking our running game lately. It can still be better but it is better than it has been for a while. I see woody marks and that other new guy becoming an explosive tandem.

I’m good on Mixon. I have a feeling we’ll have 2 bad asses on our hands once our run blocking gets better.
I honestly would still give him a shot if healthy. I don’t know if the cap savings are that large, but he has basically ran well behind shit offensive lines his entire career. If the offensive line continues to trend upward he might have a very productive season if healthy.
Someone at his football camp that he host for kids said the same thing . That’s he was walking on a boot and when asked what Happen someone said he got minor surgery . But apparently they were not supposed to say that again to many speculations and theories.. 🤔
