DOMINATED: Detroit Pistons BENCH Explodes as Cade Cunningham Outshines LeBron James’ Lakers
Detroit Pistons crush Los Angeles Lakers with a stunning fourth-quarter surge, raising questions about the Lakers’ leadership and resilience. Former All-Star performances from Cade Cunningham (27 points, 11 assists) and Marcus Sasser’s breakout off the bench fuel a dominant 128-106 rout, while the Pistons’ young, energetic squad exposes Los Angeles’ aging defense.
Ku Khahil highlights the Pistons’ impressive 3-2 finish to a challenging Western Conference road trip, dissecting the impact of a deep guard rotation and calling for roster consolidation to address weaknesses at the forward position. Key topics include Jaden Ivey’s minutes trend, Tobias Harris’ shifting role, the bench’s spark, and the potential for Cade Cunningham to finish top 3 in MVP voting. As the Pistons build momentum atop the Eastern Conference, can strategic trades propel them into true contention?

We look so much better without Tobias and Caris. It’s literally addition by subtraction.
The Sassassin!!!
Its time to have a duncan Robinson discussion…..sorry yall dude is not that good at all..he misses so many wide open 3s man. Cade will set him up PERFECTLY and he misses…he already doesnt ply defense at all…out ivey back in that starting lineup stop playong duncan 30 mins a game..and im sorry yall lets get off this ausar Thompson being a greay defender and player thing…lets get off that now. He was literally the only player that was in the minus when on the floor…he was -11 and everybody else was plus…hes very overrated. Cant play him more than 17 mins a game
ToBiAs Is OuR bEsT oPtIoN aT PF – congrats Unc & Caris, go dominate the Cruise
Cades defense alone puts him over Luka for me 🤷
Take Duncan out the 5 too let em come off the bench can’t guard nobody
Ku you absolutely called this in the last episode, said they'd win by 20
JB loves Caris, he’s goin to play him. Unfortunately
Why this team not playing the future ausar and ivy this sucks
Ausar should be playing 30mins minimum yall think javonte go na carry you in the playoffs?
I have a very strong feeling, Trajan is going to let this play out, keep this current team together, and wait until the offseason. He goin to play the waiting game and screw us. 😮💨
If Sasser goes to another team and flourishes, the pistons will be sorry. He can hoop. Really hoop. He’s better than levert bro. Crazy
I really think they are about to trade ivy and Caris
I really enjoyed the sasser and ivey minutes. Everything went Sassers way today, but the immediate improvements have been shown. I really like Levert, but him and Tobias are definitely the first ones that should be on the trade block.
Ku, we could’ve put together take that package and get Zion easy
Trade Ausar and one first for mpj
Team free throw gotta improve. They're second from the bottom of the league with 74%
Ben saying it for a year.. sasser is the best shot creator other than cade on the team. I never want to see him sit. Ivey sasser green holland and stew needs to be the bench
I wonder what the Ivey situation gonna end up. Will he be traded, or staying? If so how much is he worth? FYI he'll be a restricted free agent this upcoming off-season
Bring back Woo at 32 years old every year until he retires. He's Pistons basketball. It's a rare type and style of basketball that not many players can play in this league. Woo is the perfect fit. He's a whole problem defensively, and key offense when most needed. Like I said. Pistons basketball.
SASSER MINS > LEVERT!
