Please fire Joe Schoen this is pathetic and just getting worse

  1. I’ve not really paid attention to potential coaches, who’s missing from the list you think should be on there?

  2. Shula is by far my favorite from the list. Idk why Lou is even still a consideration with the Colts collapse mainly being on defense.

  3. I wouldn’t get too nervous or excited. Black Monday hasn’t even happened yet.

If somehow Harbough OR Tomlin become available…

  4. Hoping Black Friday helps fill this list out a bit because some of these names make me sad

  5. We’re hiring anarumo because he’s joes friend and then when joe gets fired next year our new GM will be stuck with anarumo because we’re the giants and we can never make a normal decision

  6. If Harbaugh and Tomlinson become available, they will be the top picks but them getting fired is a big if. I wouldn’t mind them taking a chance on Shula. Maybe his time with the Rams has taught him a lot.

  7. Whatever choice we make it doesn’t matter if the Maras still infest the front office in important personnel positions.

  8. Unless they give Schoen an extension, we’re probably gonna end up with Lou Anarumo.

  9. Firing Dabs was an inevitable decision, but I feel like his ability to develop Dart is above most on this list, which concerns me. If we hire a defensive minded HC, we desperately need an OC then who can continue to develop Dart effectively.

From this list, I’m a bit more inclined with McCarthy (he doesn’t excite me overall) since he’s had experience with young QBs and is an overall winner. Postseason results could be better, but any given Sunday in the playoffs. We need someone who knows how to win and has proven to do so at the NFL record.

    McCarthy:

    |Regular season|174–112–2 (.608)|
    |:-|:-|
    |Postseason|11–11 (.500)|
    |Career|185–123–2 (.600)|

  10. “The list will look something like this”, in other words Raanan is throwing shit against the wall like usual. Anyone on this sub could have compiled this list of names and it would have the same value.

  11. A lot also lies with outcome of Steelers/Ravens losers team may depart ways with coach and we will interview that coach

  12. I like that he just casually mentions the entire current head coaching contingent of the AFC North

  13. This sub is so melodramatic.

It’s a list of names under consideration, not in ranked order, but categorized by experience. Prime Belichick, Parcells, and Madden could be on it and everyone would still whine because Schoen is making the decision. Which is fine, but don’t act there’s anything wrong with this list

  14. Mike McCarthy is a very good head coach and the safest bet to get us back to being competent.

  15. Are they scared of hiring another Daboll? Not a single OC on the list, which is strange when you look around the league.
