  1. Everyone on the ice always blamed Skinner. The only thing that has changed is they drove Skinner out of town but the rest of them still SUCK! Ya all better realise that YOU are the problem!

  2. Clown got a PP point givien away just like every game and a breakaway goal because he was lazy on the backcheck,

2 points still finish the game at -1 and some bozos still think he is hahaha the best hahaha .

Too bad cant blame Skinner anymore.

  3. What did Edmonton play? No structure at all. Total chaos. I have no doubt about the qualifications of the head coach. Two finals is a regular occurrence. I have doubts about the qualifications of the sports director (as they say in Europe) – this is the person who is responsible for signing players and coaching staff. The middle of the regular season. What is happening?

  4. Shorten up the bench, to start sit Booch Bum at the end with a colouring book and crayons, if he doesn't eat too many he can ride the Zamboni between periods, that is as close to the ice as he should get

  5. The Oilers are going downhill fast. Whenever they come up against a real team they lose because the forwards won't back check and their defencemen (Nurse and Bouchard) can't defend.

  6. Not that we didn't know it, but The Bomber made a clear statement as to why he'll never make Team Canada.
Even with Stauffer selling him to the entire world.
On the other hand he had a three point night, one for Edmonton and two for Philly.

  7. Черная обезьяна Nurse привез второй гол,так еще и подраться толком не смог.Oilers выгоните вы этого лузера уже….Black monkey Nurse scored the second goal and couldn't even put up a proper fight. Oilers, fire this loser already…

  8. While he's an effective player, Podkolzin is not a top 6 forward. He's never going to be Esa Eikkanen. Knoblauch needs to give his head a shake and start putting a proper, offensively skilled player on Draisaitl's other wing. What's the point in calling up Hutson and Howard if they're going to play less than Henrique and not be given a real shot at showing what they're capable of doing playing along side the top players. A partial shift at the end of the game here or there with McDavid and/or Draisaitl is pointless. Knoblauch has no desire to try anything different from his status quo. The team is looking for balanced lines, yet, when's the last time Nuge played centre? With Huston and Howard called up, they now has the pieces for 3 balanced and dangerous lines. There's no reason not to give the kids a legitimate shot on the top two lines while, moving Nuge down to centring the 3rd line with Podkolzin and trying Savoi or others on the wing. *Edit: I know it'll go against popular opinion, but Knoblauch has not utilised the resources of this team to there full potential. He's completely stuck in his tunnel vision. He comes across as a thinker and player's coach in the media, but I'm not convinced that's the case behind closed doors. I think someone else could get a lot more out of this team. Over the last two seasons, I have seen too many instances when the Oilers just kept hitting their head against the proverbial wall instead of making adjustments, whether in-game or in between games. The Stanley Cup Final was such a blatant example, and it's carried over into this season. The Oilers need a coach who has some imagination, who has a game plan and style that really uses the strengths of the players, and who actually likes skilled players using their talents outside of Draisaitl and McDavid.

  9. I did diminish Vladars contributions more than once lately. Basically due to his NHL career before this season. But I have to take a hit for sure tonight. He was outstanding today. Particularly early

  10. Oilers come across as a team with superb talent but very limited 😕 work ethic 😮 I don't know if they think 🤔 they can just win with talent alone but – ROLL IP YOUR SLEEVES AND F- WORK! They continuously get outworked

  11. Oilers fans will secretly just fine with this result because McDavid had two points and most of them really do think Bouchard is awesome and valuable, so that one-timer goal makes them feel good.

  12. Name one b grade coach who has won a Stanley Cup? I'm sorry man. There are none. Peeps defend this coach in Edmonton with back to back SCF appearances bla bla. Guess what? That club is loaded. Arguably the most lethal offense in hockey top to bottom. Yea yea, Skinner was suspect. Pfft. Anti Niemmi won a Cup people. Bashing the D is always next. Ya know what ? The Oiler D is more than capable. The problem is, and has been, that there is no coach in that room that the players all respect and pledge a strict disciplinary gamelan to. Mcdavids the coach. Everyone knows this. They will not win a Cup with a Coach that may as well be tge towel boy

  13. I just came here to watch Barkey's first goal – he started the breakout in his own end, kept his feet moving, and then ended the play with a tap in goal. So excited to see him get his first goal, and I really hope he does well!! We loved him in London during his time with the Knights in the OHL

  14. bouchard with another excellent performance in favor of the other team. "ohhh but he scooored"- yeah, as usual it was due to the greatness around him and on the power play. bouch was responsible for two goals against tonight

  15. You have to let go players that are lazy and lost the desire to win.
They play hockey like a 9 – 5 job, go home and do what they really like.
