  1. Rielly #44 blew it on two goals – his contract (i.e. no movement clause) will be one of the reasons this team will not lift a cup in the Matthews era. Domi #11 was a nice story for the Leafs. The honeymoon is over, and he needs to go asap. I'll never forgive Kyle Dubas and Brendan Shanahan for ruining this era of the Leafs. 😓 Pittsburgh is already feeling it; Dubas is just getting warmed up over there.

  4. I know most are upset about the loss (I could see it in that third period) you can’t sit back when you have the lead, but we’ll take the point. 10 out of 12 points in our last 6 games is solid but we can play a little bit better.
    A point is better than nothing, if anything we’re lucky to even get a point given how badly outplayed we were in the 3rd period.
    Congrats to 34 for braking Sundin’s record, but after watching this game,
    I can confidently say Schafer definitely deserves to be on team Canada. We’ll settle for the point.

  7. I’m still a Leaf fan. But thanks to Jelly I don’t have to sit through losses like this. What is McMann, Domey and Riley doing out there? Don’t get me started on Riley. I’m not watching full games again until the playoffs (if they even make it this year). After they didn’t even get a shot on the 5 on 3 in OT in the playoffs last year against Florida and I said they’re done. And Florida came back. All the way. I decided I’m not giving them all that dedication anymore. Thanks Jelly!

  8. Why the hell would Reilly leave Woll stranded with player dangerously in the slot when Knies already has his man covered in overtime??
    He's been a defenseman too long to make errors like this. I'm tired of his continuous gaffs.

Reilly just looking worse every game lol.. this is a joke now.. like where is he going on the ot winner.. knies has barzal covered.. how does anyone on management even think of letting him dress up anymore for games..sit him in the box.. his minus 15 is just horrible for what he gettting paid..this is embarrassing now lol..

  15. Took my son to see the Mammoth game and just watched these highlights from my sofa. Last time I took him to see Islanders lose against St. Louis. Next time we're going, I'll let you all know so you don't have to come!

  20. Is the Team Canada roster set in stone or can they still make changes? Not having Schaefer on the roster was a slap in the face to hockey itself. He absolutely deserves to be on the team.

  23. I wish I could believe in and encourage the Islanders but I find them hopeless, without imagination, barely enough skilled. And I see no team work. And no heart into the game. After three minutes…, I have enough….

  30. Put Rielly in the press box brutal in the d-zone -15. Wouldn't take responsibility after the o.t loss, he has a huge ego. If he won't waive his no trade clause put him on waivers like the rangers did with trouba.
