We’d be a significantly worse team if we traded him like some people here want
I feel like the last few weeks he’s been dramatically more likely to use both hands when rebounding. Sounds silly but it’s been noticeable.
GOBZILLA
Rudy Go brrr
4 blocks a game from Gobert rest of the way would be killer. Plus this sub really requires blocks or else!
He’s an exciting add to the game when he’s playing fierce around that rim on defense and offense.
We seem so much better when we get Rudy involved. I remeber a girl stopped talking to me last year because I was saying we need to get Gobert going lol. She was so mad that I wanted to work with him on offense and get him lobs/easy dunks like Luka did for his bigs in Dallas. She really thought it was just a waste and he needs to sit his ass down or just play D.
The guy’s energy goes way up when he gets a few lobs and buckets. You get Rudy 15+ points, and he becomes another guy. I think we need to really try to spoon feed him more lobs and dump offs. He actually has great hands for catching lobs, we are just trash at throwing them, but have gotten better this season.
Dominant, game breaking player tonight. The amount of neverminds and shots affected is just hard to understand if you don’t watch him night to night, not to mention the tipped offensive rebounds and rim-running pressure he puts on other teams.
He put the fear of god into Alex Sarr tonight, made him look like a high schooler running scared.
He was amazing last night against Adebayo too despite the one dumb highlight.
That behind the back pass was pretty sweet too, even if the shot bricked and Rudy didn’t get the assist.
