He was a platoon player that hit against lefties in Arizona. I don’t think the Phillies need a platoon OF or DH. Unless the Phillies use him as a 4th OF & a pinch hitter.
On a MiLB deal maybe. I kinda hope they intend to do more than just fix the C issue and add a platoon OF the rest of the offseason.
Either Marsh is playing every day and going 0 for 4 against LHP or he’s getting platooned. Because he’s not getting traded and we aren’t signing Kyle Tucker.
Bad year last year but Grichuk posted a .900 OPS against LHP 2022-2024. Could do significantly worse for a platoon bat.
This’ll be the completely reasonable move that a certain subset will fixate on to bitch about the entire year
