People forget he was one of our best players against OKC in the WCF. He just needs to find his rhythm- the talent is there

  1. Agreed, a lot of young players hit a slump once the league makes adjustments to their game, but he is athletic and talented enough for me to trust he’s gonna work through it.

  2. Last year he benefited a lot from not showing up on scouting reports, even in the WCF the Thunder just didn’t know his game. I do have faith he could be a rotation guy on a good team, but there’s clearly something off with him this year.

  3. I just think we are starting to get past the point where we can wait on these guys to figure their shit out. Gobert’s contract is up in ’27 & ANT in’ 29.

We cannot keep surrounding ANT with garbage players, the fans need to wake up and start understanding that we either set things up for him to re-sign or he’s gone after his contracts done.

  4. Foot injuries are no joke. When he went out the second time with one I figured it’s serious, or lingering, or both.

I’ll judge him when he’s healthy.

  5. people act like he can’t develop just cuz he older for a second year guy. It’s as much about adapting your game to the nba from college as it is about actually getting better he can definitely be a valuable bench scorer in the future

  6. He isn’t athletic enough or a good enough shooter for his play style to work in the NBA. Also not good defensively.

I’ve given up on him and think it would be smart to dump him at the deadline before the rest of the league notices.

  7. I agree. He looked like he was over thinking this year where as against okc he was just flying around doing his thing
