Brian Flores is kinda flying under the radar, but he had a winning record 2/3 of his seasons in Miami in spite of Tua going down for a long stretch with injuries during one of those, and statistically speaking, second time head coaches tend to perform much better than first time head coaches. I’ve heard mixed things on him as a person but seems like he would at least be worth interviewing.

First, please take every defensive coach off the list, that’s a fool’s errand. Remove Kingsbury because he’s shown he can’t do it. The guy with two coach of the year trophies would suit me fine.
Any of Kubiak, Stefanski or Kingsberry would be huge W for their offense.
