I’m in the uber home ($70, idc I wanted expediency from that fucking hellhole) from this game and what I have to say is: fuck this guy. No reason why Keefe should’ve kept him in the game after the 2nd goal. Not because of ego, or money, but because I, from the 300’s section…could see how slowly he was reacting to the puck.
Everyone understands that Markstrom isn’t good, this is like his 3rd game with more than 6 GA in 3 months. Even his defenders at this point try to debate what “bad” means rather than saying he’s even NHL caliber.
Keefe has to have his hands tied or something from Fitz. Or he’s just trying to survive while load balancing Allen.
The devils YouTube page only highlights being top Markstrom saves and islanders goals for this game and there were 3 times the goals as there were save highlights. Just start Allen every game from now on F it
I had high hopes after he was great for most of last season, except after his injury. This season he’s been bad almost every game since his injury
